Alvin + Janice (Holy Rosary Church, Friday’s Resort Boracay)

To quote Mr. Personality, Jason Magbanua:

Janice and Alvin’s wedding was intimate and small, but well thought out.

I have to definitely agree on how well Alvin and Janice thought this wedding through, with the ultimate enjoyment of their guests in mind. The activities planned for their whole stay included a Patintero beach game and a barbecue dinner as the sun sets. Janice even prepared a nice guidebook for things to do, see and eat in Boracay. The guidebook’s content is so eclectic that Boracay veterans that we are, we still haven’t seen or done a lot of stuff in the guidebook.

Just some of the things inside the welcome kit they gave their guests upon arrival at the island:

With the couple being based in New York, this pack of coffee is a perfect backdrop for the rings:

What do you wear at the beach? Well thongs, of course. On her: Manolo Blahnik; On him: John Varvatos

Alvin surprised Janice with a suh-weet Cartier Ladies Tank watch, but little did he know she had a surprise of her own!

A Carolina Herrera ad? LOL

We flew in 2 days before and we rarely saw the sun. But the weather was oh so lovely on the wedding day!

Alvin with their son Jake. “Having a great time” probably sums up the theme of this wedding.

And what’s a Boracay wedding without fire dancers?

We couldn’t ask for more. Four thumbs up after our onsite AVP. Hehe.

Credit also goes to the Queen of Boracay weddings, Amanda Tirol (who we finally met for the first time!) for making our jobs so much easier 😉
