Last October 26 at exactly 3:23pm, our little bundle of cuteness, Kaitlyn Sophia A. de Leon (Katy for short) was born. Interestingly, #HappyBirthdayKaty was a Twitter trending topic during that time because of Katy Perry's birthday and I told Mimi how it could be a sign. True enough, a few hours later, Mimi's water broke. Happy Birthday Katy indeed!
I couldn't believe it but at the labor room, Mimi was posting Facebook updates in between contractions. Hooray for St. Luke's Hospital wifi! It took around 8 hours of labor and thankfully it was a safe and normal delivery. Props to our OB, Tita Reggie Pichay, our Anes, Tita Fe Pacheco, and our Pedia, Lola Marvie, Mimi's mom, and the rest of the doctors and nurses in the Delivery Room.
