Alex + Tipin (San Agustin Church, Sofitel)
An overseas bride shared recently how she googled “Philippine Wedding Photojournalist”, landed on the blog and loved the black and white series we did of Boom and Lynette’s wedding. Thus, we are inspired to post another B&W series, this time of Alex and Tipin’s Filipiniana wedding.
Monochromatic photographs are perfect for weddings full of emotions.
As part of their modern Filipiniana theme, the couple asked their guests to “paint a picture” of Pinoy scenes such as “Pasko sa Pilipinas”, “pagligo sa ulan” and “pagsakay sa jeep”.
One of the highlights of the evening was when Tipin and her dad sang a duet of Butterfly Kisses (with Tipin’s mom playing the piano), while their photos together were being flashed on the screen.
Congrats Alex & Tipin!
